No. While some things obviously can be explained by science, there are others that, no matter how hard we try, we can't explain away into its component molecules and atoms. There's no need to understand how everything in the universe works. If we truly understood how the universe worked, down to the smallest particle of matter, what would we strive for? And how could we observe the majestic beauty of the cosmos if all we saw were numbers and formulae?
